The Board of Directors of Le Vieux Presbytère Museum, 205 Rue Iry Lejeune, Church Point, Louisiana is pleased to announce that the museum has been chosen to host Culture Awareness Day, which will be held from 1 until 4 pm, Saturday, April 4. A production of Scottie Beans Theatre funded by the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Foundation, the event seeks to remind our community of our Louisiana heritage and culture. The program explores the history, music, cuisine, language, and the arts of Church Point. The event is free and open to the public and especially welcomes families, student, and educators.
