I. FINANCE

B. Approving the resolution to adopt the millage rate of 6.61mills.
II. LAW ENFORCEMENT
A. Chief Thibodeaux stat report/appointments/removals.
III. PUBLIC WORKS
A. Water/Waste Water/Street reports.
B. Engineering report.
C. Approving a resolution to accept the environmental audit report required by the DEQ.
D. Approving a resolution authorizing the Town of Church Point to inspect the drainage canal adjacent to 442 W. Plaquemine St., owned by Mr. Sidney “Benny” Guidry. The inspection will be every six months to mitigate erosion.
E. Acceptance of bids and awarding contract to the lowest bidder for the Detention Pond Flood Proofing Project.
F. Budget amendment for the construction of Church Point Police Department parking lot.
G. Budget amendment for the purchase of a skid steer.

A. Special Events Permit for Church Point Volunteer Fire Department Annual Car & Truck Show, to be held on May 17th 2025 at the Church Point Park Pavillion located at 104 E. Darbonne St.
B. Liquor license exemption for Church Point Volunteer Fire Department Annual Car & Truck Show, to be held on May 17th 2025 at the Church Point Park Pavillion located at 104 E. Darbonne St.
C. Discussion of Liquor License for Chill and Vibe located at 119 N. Main St.- Owner Christy Guillory
D. Special Events permit for the Artisan Market to be held at Depot Park on April 12th, 2025.
E. A resolution granting the authority to the mayor to sign and submit all necessary documents for the succession of the property needed to be acquired for the Minex Pond or for the expropriation of land for the Minex pond if unable to acquire amicably, authorize the city attorney or his designees to file and sign the documents necessary for succession of property and provide any necessary legal assistance for the acquisition of the property for the construction of the Minex pond for the Church Point regional detention and floodproofing project
