PUBLIC HEARING:

 

A. Resolution to grant variance for CPHS to be able to have a fireworks show at home football games for the 2024 season. They are asked to work with the fire dept to ensure that safety is top priority. We also ask for a water source be available to minimize risk. The Town of Church Point is not liable. It is 100% the choice of CPHS to do a fireworks show.

 

B. Discussion of adopting an ordinance for Trailer parks and multi-family residences (four or more units) required to have a dumpster on location.

IV. LEGAL

 

A. Introduction of a variance by Councilman Wimberley for 912 E. Ebey St. – Changing the

50×100 single family resident lots to 25×50 single family resident lots for this project.

B. Introduction of a variance by Councilman Wimberley to add a structure at 307 S. Guidry St.

C. Adoption of an ordinance by Councilman O’Pry for Trailer parks and multi-family residences (four or more units) required to have a dumpster on location.

D. Resolution to grant variance for CPHS to be able to have a fireworks show at home football games for the 2024 season.
